1. Suite License Grant
By purchasing the Titan Ultimate Server Suite, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all included applications (Editor, Backup, Discord Bot) for managing your MuOnline server(s). This license is valid for the duration of the purchased plan.
2. Identity, Data Collection & Privacy
To verify ownership and secure your license, we collect and store the following data:
- Personal Information: Your Full Name and Email Address (provided securely via Stripe) are linked to your License Key.
- Hardware ID (HWID): Used to lock the software to your specific machine and prevent unauthorized sharing.
- IP Address: Logged for security audit and anti-fraud purposes.
This data is strictly used for license validation and is never sold to third parties.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or crack the software.
- Share, resell, or redistribute your license key.
- Use the software for malicious purposes.
Violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination without refund.
4. Refund Policy (Digital Goods)
Since Titan Editor is a digital product with instant delivery, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the license key has been generated and sent to your email. Please use the 5-Day Free Trial to ensure compatibility before purchasing.
